Museum COVID-19 Protocols:

For indoor events, guests are required to have proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 viral test resul prior to their admission to the event.

• The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination status: vaccination card, photo of vaccination card, or documentation of the guest’s full vaccination against COVID-19 from a healthcare provider.  Proof of vaccination should include the guest’s name, type of COVID-19 vaccine provided, and the date of the last dose administered.

• A COVID-19 negative test result may be provided in lieu of proof of full vaccination.  Antigen tests must be performed within 24 hours of the event start time, and PCR tests must be performed within 48 hours of the event start time. Tests must be administered by a laboratory or healthcare provider. Results from COVID-19 self-tests or “home tests” are not permitted. This requirement applies to all participants age 5+for indoor…
